Jamie is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in the state of Florida with over twenty years of accounting and tax experience. Jamie focuses on providing tax planning, compliance and consulting services primarily to individuals and their families, closely held businesses, trusts and private foundations. Jamie obtained his bachelor’s degree in accounting from California State University Northridge and a Master's in Business Taxation from Golden Gate University. Prior to college Jamie served four proud years in the United States Marine Corps as a field radio operator.  Before becoming a tax partner at Heinz Jolles & Berry, Jamie began his professional career in Los Angeles with two of the “Big Four” accounting firms, Deloitte and KPMG.  Jamie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and was a former president of the Northeast Florida Estate Planning Council. He is married to Erica Jolles, a Realtor with Round Table Realty. Together they have two sons, Joshua and Benjamin.  Josh is currently attending college at the University of Florida and Benjamin is at the University of Central Florida.  While Jamie is not in the office helping clients, he enjoys spending his free time relaxing on the beach in St. Augustine and practicing photography.
